So, I haven't blogged in a really long time. Like, it's been ages. I figure no one wants to hear about my boring life and trippy thoughts. Probably no one does. But on account of it's 12:19 pm and I don't feel like going to bed, and I have a lame life and am not doing anything cool, I figured, I might as well.
I was recently hired at a small Guatemalan Restaurant in Pheonixville Pennsylvania called Antigua Guatemala (check it out. it's rad.) I also work part time as a lifegaurd and swim instructor at the YMCA and babysit some pretty cool cats. Anyways, I work like 50 hours a week. But it doesn't even get that boring, because I learn so many interesting weird things. Like today, I learned
1) Some kids actually don't know their first names. um. actually.
2) Pregnant women can't eat fetta cheese?
3) The word "solo" in spanish can mean single (as in not having a husband) and also alone (as in you have some quiet time to yourself tonight". Learned that the hard way...
4) Urinals must be really hard to use...on account of how many people miss.
5) Hoolah Girl and julia (that's me, according to Kate, a little girl I babysit. My name is actually Megan) NEVER get caught by super jack (the villain, obviously, her little brother). at least not permanently.
